Nutri-Med Logic Corp says, that the most recent study in the British Journal of Nutrition, following many other preceding recent studies, correctly recommends supplementation of vitamin D and, as such, more and more food manufacturers are fortifying their products with vitamin D, which could equate to a forced over-supplementation of Vitamin D. And that is worrisome.
